Countries In Perspective:
The "Countries in Perspective" (CiP) project is an undertaking that was initiated by the DLIFLC in July 2003. The Technology Integration (TI) Division makes every effort to find and cite information from reputable sources. Content is presented in objective, fact-based, and non-editorialized form.
Each country study starts with a Country Profile section containing basic facts about the target country, followed by selected themes organized under the major headings of Geography, History, Economy, Society and Security. Each study concludes with an achievement test type assessment module. A printable certificate is available to those who receive a passing grade on the final assessment.
